By purchasing anything or by using our services, or creating a ticket from Origin Creations Discord Server, you acknowledge that you READ and AGREE to all terms in this page and posted on our server.

Licenses

These licenses are crucial for starting or finalizing a commission, as they outline and grant you the rights to sell any completed work. Minecraft Services:
  1. Type A: Full Setup Resale Rights ➜ This license grants you the ability to sell the complete Setup you receive at the end of your commission. However, it does not permit the individual resale of its configurations or components separately.
    1. This license has a cost of +80% extra of the total price of the commission.
  2. Type B: Full or Individual Setup/Configurations Resale Rights ➜ This license grants you the ability to sell the Setup you receive at the end of your commission, either as a complete package or as individual resources. This includes the option to resell the entire commission or its individual configurations separately.
    1. This license has a cost of +75% extra of the total price of the commission + 25$.
  3. Type C: Full Plugin Configuration Resale Rights ➜ This license permits you to sell the individual plugin configurations provided to you at the completion of your commission.
    1. This license has a cost of +100% extra of the total price of the commission.
  4. Type A: Full Setup Resale Rights ➜ This license grants you the ability to sell the complete Setup you receive at the end of your commission. However, it does not permit the individual resale of its configurations or components separately.
    1. This license has a cost of +80% extra of the total price of the commission.
  5. Type B: Full or Individual Setup/Configurations Resale Rights ➜ This license grants you the ability to sell the Setup you receive at the end of your commission, either as a complete package or as individual resources. This includes the option to resell the entire commission or its individual configurations separately.
    1. This license has a cost of +75% extra of the total price of the commission + 25$.
  6. Type C: Full Plugin Configuration Resale Rights ➜ This license permits you to sell the individual plugin configurations provided to you at the completion of your commission.
    1. This license has a cost of +100% extra of the total price of the commission.
Having or not having a license does not grant permission for product distribution. This means the product will remain exclusive to your personal use only, and you are prohibited from sharing it with another server or individual.

Disclaimers

  1. Modification of Terms
    Origin Creations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to stay updated on any changes.
  2. Refusal of Service
    Origin Creations reserves the full right to refuse our services to any individual without prior notice.
  3. Termination of Commissions
    We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing commissions at our discretion, without offering a refund.
  4. Transaction Fees
    All prices are quoted in USD (U.S. Dollars). For each transaction, a fee of 4.99% + $0.49 (International) will apply.
